Setting the pace for access, innovation and excellence

National University Nevada opened in 2004 to address the higher education needs of the state. Currently, the Nevada campus features 30 online degree programs as well as numerous on-site study programs. As the campus and degree programs grow, the University continues to foster long-term relationships within the community through various outreach projects. Additionally, the University continues to explore complementary organizations from the area for potential partnership endeavors.

The University's intensive, one-course-per-month format and flexible online-degree programs enable students to complete graduate and undergraduate programs in an accelerated time frame while maintaining family and work responsibilities. This unique approach has had a profound impact on key professions, including teaching, where higher education has struggled to keep pace with demand.

In the coming year, National University plans to expand its presence in Nevada to include a full complement of programs at a progressive and unique campus that will ultimately become a model university for the 21st Century.
